Our top priority is customer satisfaction. LCPM is located in Chatham. Our team of experienced professionals are here to assist you in scheduling your properties needs, monitoring and checking the property with emailed reports and photos using our top of the line technology. We offer a customer portal and mobile device app to review your home watch reports, send in requests/comments, monitor your services and see your invoices.
LCPM offers home watch services with licensed professionals (License #LW0333F). At each home watch visit, we send detailed report customized to your home's features which is emailed to you upon completion with photos, time stamped and gps stamped. These reports are emailed after every visit and available on our customer portal and mobile device app.
We work with the newest technology with home monitoring equipment like smart thermostats and video surveillance equipment as well as more traditional home systems. The newer home monitoring technology can alert you and our team of professionals if we need to attend to the property between routinely scheduled visits. We offer weekly, bi-weekly and monthly packages as well as a key holding/"point of contact" plans.
Platinum Home Watch Plan
$60.00 per visit, 4 month minimum/additional months, 4 visits inspection visits per month,
Weekly with photos and checklist/report emailed to customer with every visit,
Additional visits * $60.00 with a 1 hour minimum, Monday – Friday (see additional pricing info)

Homes over 2,200 sq ft or with multiple out buildings maybe subject to additional charges
Gold Home Watch Plan
$60. 00 per visit or $120.00 monthly, with 4 month minimum (Nov – Feb),
2 visits (bi-weekly) per month with photos and checklist/report emailed to customer,
Additional visits* $60.00 with a 1 hour minimum (see additional pricing info)

Additional Pricing:

Unscheduled visits outside of home watch visits in selected package plan is $60 with a 1 hour minimum, Monday – Friday.

Unscheduled visits include, but are not limited to: pre and post stay requests (including but not limited to:

turn up/down heat/AC, etc.)

picking up a package,

Meeting a vendor/service provider to allow access to the property and/or home to provide a service,

Meeting a vendor for a service quote on behalf of the property owner,

Accepting a delivery on behalf of the home owner.

Pre-storm preparedness (putting away deck furniture and umbrellas, etc)

Additional alarm responses outside of package on weekdays between 8am and 5pm is $75.00 per call. Detailed findings report and photographs provided by emailed.

The rate for “After hours” alarm responses from 5 pm to 8 am and weekends are $150.00 per call. Detailed findings report and photographs provided by emailed.

Holiday Alarm Responses is $200.00 per call. Detailed findings report and photographs provided by emailed.

Properties with several outbuildings and/or large homes 2400 sq ft or more may require additional charges.
